Our gîtes are perfectly situated in the heart of Aÿ-Champagne, offering easy access to everything the town has to offer. Just a short walk away, you’ll find the market (2 min), major Champagne houses (5 min), and the Pressoria museum (10 min). From the station (8 min walk), you can easily reach Épernay (5 min) or Reims (30 min).

All our gîtes have kitchens with hobs, ovens, microwaves, extractor hoods, fridge-freezers, coffee makers, toasters and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare delicious meals.
Our top-quality bedding will ensure you get a good night’s sleep, while the air conditioning (not included in the Studio) will provide ideal comfort on hot summer days.
