Spanning 120m², the Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Terrace holiday rental offers a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms, and a terrace perfect for enjoying a glass of champagne in the sun. This is the ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and space while exploring the Champagne region.
Located in the heart of Aÿ-Champagne, our gîte provides easy access to all nearby attractions, whether by foot, car, or train. The train station is just an 8-minute walk away, with connections to both Épernay and Reims.
It’s all about comfort
Upon arrival at our beautiful flat, you’ll find your beds made and fresh towels provided. Coffee and tea will be ready for you in the kitchen.
The flat features a spacious 40m² living area with a fully-equipped kitchen (including an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, and all necessary crockery). The large dining table and cozy sitting area create the perfect setting for enjoying quality time with family or friends.
You’ll also have access to a 15m² terrace overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard.
The flat offers 4 generously-sized bedrooms with new, high-quality bedding to ensure your utmost comfort. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 cm) and its own private shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 cm), which can be converted into a king-size bed (180 cm) upon request, and also includes its own shower room with a WC.
The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a WC. The third bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be converted into two single beds of 90 cm on request), while the fourth bedroom, with a glass roof, offers two single beds (90 cm), which can also be converted into a king-size bed (180 cm) on request.
Additionally, there is a third separate WC for your convenience.
Air conditioning
For your comfort, our apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system.
Arrival Options: Autonomous or Personalized
We offer two flexible options for your arrival:
- Autonomous Arrival (from 4pm): Enjoy total freedom with our secure key box. The day before your arrival, we’ll provide all the details you need to collect your keys at your convenience. You can check in anytime after 4pm, and there’s no rush—arrive as late as you like.
- Personalized Welcome (from 4pm to 9pm): If you prefer a warm, in-person greeting, we’ll be there to welcome you, answer any questions, and ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
