No deposit is required.

Cancellations are free of charge if made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made after this period or in the case of a ‘no-show’, the full amount of the reservation (100%) will be charged.

HOW TO GET THERE BY TRAIN

From Paris Gare de l’Est to Épernay:

• Take a direct TER train to Épernay (1h25).
• Then, Aÿ-Champagne is just 4 minutes away via the TER ‘ligne des Bulles’. Alternatively, you can take the bus (MOUVEO ‘line 10’) or a taxi.

From Paris Gare de l’Est to Reims:

• Take a direct TGV to Reims Centre (48 minutes).
• Then take a TER train to Aÿ-Champagne (27 minutes).

From Reims to Aÿ-Champagne:

• Take a TER train to Aÿ-Champagne in 27 minutes.

GETTING HERE BY CAR OR TAXI

From Paris:

• The drive to Épernay, Aÿ-Champagne, or Reims takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic conditions.

From Reims:

• A quick 30-minute drive will bring you to Épernay or Aÿ-Champagne.

BY TRAIN

The Aÿ-Champagne train station is just an 8-minute walk from Les Bulles d’Aÿ gîtes. From there, you can reach Épernay in 4 minutes and Reims Centre in 27 minutes via the TER ‘Ligne des Bulles’. For timetables and ticket bookings, visit the official SNCF website :

The TER ‘Ligne des Bulles’ also offers a scenic journey to the Montagne de Reims Regional Nature Park. Hop on board to explore the stunning landscapes of the Champagne region, with stops at Rilly-la-Montagne, Germaine, Avenay-Val-d’Or, and Aÿ-Champagne.

Perched high above the Champagne plains, the Montagne de Reims is rich in natural beauty and heritage, located just minutes from Épernay, Reims, Châlons-en-Champagne, and Dormans.

BY BUS

Line 10 of the MOUVEO bus network offers direct service to Épernay, with buses running every 30 minutes. You can purchase your ticket directly from the driver. The timetables are valid year-round, Monday to Saturday.

CAR HIRE

If you wish to rent a car during your stay, we recommend arriving in Reims for a wider selection and easier availability. You can hire a car directly from either Bezannes Champagne-Ardenne TGV station or Reims Centre station:

In Aÿ-Champagne (10-minute walk from Les Bulles d’Aÿ):

• Pedal’pop : offers moped and electric bike rentals in Aÿ, providing the perfect way to explore the region’s scenic vineyard roads and stunning views.

In Épernay or Delivered to Your Gîte:

• Facil-e-bike : Book your bikes online and either pick them up in Épernay or have them delivered directly to Les Bulles d’Aÿ.
• De la selle au guidon : Rent mountain bikes or electric bikes in Épernay by the half-day or full day, available for both adults and children.

You have two flexible options for checking in at our Les Bulles d’Aÿ gîtes:

• Secure Box (Autonomous Check-In from 4pm) Enjoy a completely hassle-free arrival with our secure key box. We’ll send you all the necessary information the day before your arrival, so you can collect your keys at your convenience. There are no time constraints, giving you complete flexibility.
• Personal Welcome (4pm to 9pm): If you’d prefer to be greeted in person, we’ll be happy to welcome you, answer any questions, and provide all the information you need to ensure a pleasant stay.

Check-in and Check-out Times:

• Check-in : from 4pm
• Check-out : by 11am

Parking in the streets of Aÿ-Champagne is free, with two car parks located within 150 meters of the gîtes (see map below).

• Free Zone (No Time Limit): All streets except those in the blue disc zone (see map below).
• Blue Disc Zone: Free parking with a 1.5-hour limit, Monday to Saturday, between 9am-12pm and 2pm-7pm. There are no time restrictions outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and public holidays (see map below).

How Do Blue Disc Zones Work?

To park in a blue disc zone, simply place the provided ‘Blue Zone’ parking disc on your vehicle’s dashboard, indicating your arrival time.

PLEASE NOTE: Every Friday morning, a market takes place at the corner of Place Henri Martin. As a result, parking is not permitted in this square on Thursday evenings, but you can park in other areas.

Charging points for electric vehicles are available throughout the village. You can easily : locate them on Google Map

• Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Studio: As a ground-floor studio, it is not air-conditioned, but it remains cool during the summer months.
• Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Terrace: This apartment is fully air-conditioned, with the ability to adjust the temperature in each room.
• Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Loft: This apartment is also fully air-conditioned, with temperature control available for each room.

Yes, bed linen and bath towels are provided in all gîtes.

• Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Studio: This studio does not have a washing machine or tumble dryer.
• Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Terrace: A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the apartment.
• Les Bulles d’Aÿ – Loft: This apartment also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

A cot and high chair are available upon request.

Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis, but you must request permission at the time of booking.
